About Us The X factor. The mission…the church…the kingdom. Who is worthy or capable of leading this effort? Yet, this is what ministers and gifted Christ followers wake up to everyday. A responsibility, a purpose, and a calling to give our lives to the mission of expanding his kingdom! Now, “how,” is the question? While this conference will make no claims for a simple, easy inside the box solution, it will tell the story again and again of men and women who are engaged in the cause. The end goal is to enable leaders to multiply themselves and his church, whether it be through a small mission point, new campus, or new church start. We’ve got to think multiplication, multiplying churches is multiplying impact. Whether you are full-time, bi-vocational, or a volunteer this conference will be a powerful encouragement to you. We’ll enjoy the story of what God is doing in lives….in the city, the suburbs, and the small town. It will call us to the successful, the hurting, and ultimately to our knees.
