Group Registration

Group Registration requires only one registration per group. Please complete the following information for each additional Group Member. Please list the first and last name of each attendee for whom you are registering for the conference in the box below, including yourself: (one per line please)

Breakout Sessions

Each member of your group will have an opportunity to attend 2 breakouts (morning & afternoon). Please indicate the sessions you would be most interested in and how many from your group would be in each one.

Conference Costs

Regular Price: $79 per person includes all your sessions, breakouts and lunch

Group Rates Now Available*: $50 per person for 5 or more

Terms and Conditions

Credit Card is billed same day as registration is submitted. If you cancel your registration via phone by 5PM CST on or before Tuesday, April 21, you will receive a full refund. Any cancellations after April 21 will be considered non-refundable.
